Mince pies are a great favourite, and many people get shop bought ones. Don’t throw the foil trays in the bin! Shake out the crumbs and scrunch them up and put them in the recycling. Talking about scrunching, I mentioned wrapping paper last week but to test if it is recyclable in the Blue bin do the “scrunch “test. If it stays scrunched and does not spring back it is recyclable.                                                Jenny Germain
