The 17th of December 16.30 at The Church Ship

The month of December is surely the busiest month of all for most people. Perhaps this is precisely when there is the greatest need for calm reflection and a connection to the body.

Very fitting for the season this Soundbath session focuses on the themes: gratitude, celebration and presence. When the sounds of the instruments come to an end, we will use our own frequence of sound in a selected Christmas hymn to remember the connecting and calibrating power of our collected voices.
